How can I purchase E Book?
There are a few ways to purchase E book:
Home screen:
- Go to the Introduction screen
- On top right corner your will have button to Purchase E Book, tap on it
- Confirm the purchase
- You follow the same from E Book Screen as well
If I created a new account, is it possible to restore the subscription I had on my previous account?
If you have created a new account and would like to restore the subscription you had on your previous account, please contact us at support@sevenshadesofpurple.com and provide us with the details of your previous account and subscription.
Our support team will be happy to assist you in restoring your subscription on your new account after all validations are passed.
I can’t log in to my profile
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
- Check that you are using the correct login method, email address, or phone number associated with your account.
If you are still unable to log in, please contact our support team at support@sevenshadesofpurple.com for further assistance.
I’ve made a typo in my name or saved an incorrect age
Unfortunately you cannot edit your your name or age on the app; this is deliberate to avoid misrepresentation. If you’ve made a mistake in your name or age and wish to update it, please contact us via email support@sevenshadesofpurple.com
I want to delete my account
Instead of deleting your account, have you considered switching your account to invisible mode? Invisible mode allows you to temporarily hide your profile from other users while still keeping your profile intact.
If you still wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Account screen
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap on the ‘Delete Account’ button.
- Select a reason, or just tap on the ‘Delete’ button.
That this action can’t be reverted and you’ll lose your profile forever. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact us at support@sevenshadesofpurple.com and we will be happy to assist you.
How to start chatting with author?
To be able to chat with author on the app, you have to be connected first. This means you need to send messages on the app to support team. Team shall review your request and forward the same to the author. Only after you receive a like on your message from the author you shall be allowed to chat with the author.
Why don’t I have any like from author?
It might take some time to get like from author as he could be busy and start conversations once you sign up. Many messages may come to the author thus it's difficult to allocate time for all messages.
How to view a profile and where can I find it then?
There’s an option to view a profile.
- While viewing the profile tap on the Main Menu button in the top left corner of the screen to save the profile.
- Tap on the profile menu to view the Account, Chillis and Detail Report.
